We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead/Java Developer eager to take on new challenges in Lisbon or Porto.

Are you the one?

• Educational Background: Degree or practical experience in Computer Science, IT, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• Java & Spring Expertise: Proficiency in Java development using the Spring framework.
• Advanced Database Skills: Strong expertise in SQL, particularly PostgreSQL, for database design and querying.
• Modern Engineering Standards: Mastery of clean coding principles, microservices architecture, CI/CD, unit testing, and version control.
• Cloud & Containerization: Experience deploying and managing applications using Docker and cloud platforms like AWS or IBM Cloud.
• Agile Tooling & Delivery: Familiarity with Agile workflows and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and ALM.
• Data Management (Bonus): Background in third‑party data integration, data governance, or data management practices.
