Closer Consulting in Porto is seeking a skilled Cyber Security Consultant to take on new challenges in a hybrid role. You will work across security, IT, risk and compliance teams to safeguard client projects.

• Knowledge of IT processes, technologies, assets and the relationship between business and IT.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, workflow automation and AI/LLM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work with security, IT, risk, compliance and business teams.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor project delivery, milestones, risks, dependencies and key actions; escalate issues when required.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, risk assessments, management presentations, meeting materials and minutes.
• Act as a key contact for assigned projects and stakeholders, coordinating reviews and communications.
• Collect, assess and challenge cybersecurity compliance and maturity evidence across projects and operations.
• Support interpretation and alignment of cybersecurity requirements and track remediation actions to closure.
• Define and improve KPIs, dashboards and reporting processes for management decisions.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, evidence collection and program management activities.
• Standardize processes, templates and reporting to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, workflow automation, and AI/LLM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively across security, IT, risk, compliance, and business teams.
• Fluent English and French;
• Monitor project delivery, milestones, risks, dependencies, and key actions; escalate issues where required.

• Act as a key point of contact for assigned projects and stakeholders, coordinating regular project reviews and communications.
• Collect, assess, and challenge cybersecurity compliance and maturity evidence across projects and operational activities.
• Support the interpretation and alignment of cybersecurity requirements, document positions and rationale, and track remediation actions through to closure.
• Define and improve KPIs, dashboards, and reporting processes to support management decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, evidence collection, tracking, and other program management activities.
• Standardize processes, templates, and reporting to reduce manual effort and improve consistency across projects and teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly to technical and management audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to challenge information and evidence constructively.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity risks, controls, compliance, and maturity assessment frameworks.
