Qualificações

We are seeking a skilled Technical Leader eager to take on new challenges in a hybrid work model in Lisbon.

Are you the one?

• Develop and maintain enterprise and cloud-based applications using Java (11/17/21), J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Cloud Vault, APIs/APIGEE, Oracle, MongoDB, MQ, and CFT technologies.
• Apply architecture patterns, BDD methodology, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile practices using tools such as Jira, Octane, Confluence, GitLab, Jenkins, JUnit, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, Fortify, and Nexus.
• Define, design, and communicate the IT solution architecture, ensuring functional and technical consistency, sustainability, service continuity, and continuous improvement.
• Lead the technical direction of the solution by establishing technical standards, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring the quality, scalability, and maintainability of deliverables.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers, SMEs, Business Analysts, and Development teams to define, review, estimate, and implement technical solutions.
• Own and maintain architecture documentation, including technical guidelines, specifications, and architecture strategy updates.
• Contribute hands‑on to the design, modeling, development, and implementation of complex applications and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, and development best practices through code reviews, technical validation, and continuous optimization initiatives.
• Mentor, coach, and support development teams by sharing technical knowledge and acting as a technical reference point.
• Produce high‑quality clean code and clear technical documentation, ensuring adherence to standards of quality, efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Support Enterprise Architecture initiatives and contribute to technical innovation, including the use of AI‑assisted development tools.
• Work effectively in fast‑paced environments with strong communication, analytical thinking, autonomy, organization, and delivery focus.
