Jobgether is hiring an Acquisitions Manager | Home Buying Specialist to drive high-value real estate deals entirely remotely from Portugal. You will connect with sellers, assess opportunities, and guide negotiations from initial contact through closing, collaborating with marketing and closing teams to accelerate transactions.

This is a high-impact sales role with uncapped commissions, a guaranteed salary for the first three months, and clear growth paths in a fast-moving market.

Formación

• 2+ years of successful high-ticket sales experience, ideally in real estate or luxury/high-value sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and closing complex deals.
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with seller leads generated through marketing initiatives; build rapport and trust throughout the sales process.
• Assess properties and gather information to support valuations and acquisition decisions.
• Lead negotiations with sellers to structure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Manage deals from initial qualification through contract execution and transition to closing team.
• Collaborate with marketing, acquisitions, and closing teams to keep transactions progressing smoothly.
• Maintain communication with sellers to deliver a professional experience.
• Monitor market conditions and opportunities to strengthen competitiveness and decision-making.
• Build long-term relationships with sellers aligned to acquisition targets.
