Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Acquisitions Manager | Home Buying Specialist in Portugal. This fully remote role targets high-ticket real estate acquisitions, with uncapped commissions and structured onboarding. You will engage sellers, assess opportunities, negotiate, and guide deals from initial contact to closing.

Candidates should have 2+ years in high-ticket sales, proven closing ability, and strong negotiation skills. English/Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful high-ticket sales experience, ideally in real estate or luxury goods.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• CRM proficiency and use of sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with seller leads generated through marketing initiatives and build rapport.
