CBT in Porto is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in German to join our international healthcare team. You will assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and clarity. Fresh graduates are welcomed; full paid training is provided.

Rotational schedules with 7:00–22:00 shifts, 5 days on/2 off. Base salary of €1,100 gross per month paid over 14 months, plus a daily meal allowance and relocation support.

We are looking for an empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our international team in Porto. In this role, you won't just be answering tickets—you'll be providing vital guidance, troubleshooting, and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do

• Deliver Empathic Support: Assist German-speaking users, patients, and healthcare providers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Problem Solve: Guide users through basic troubleshooting, service inquiries, and product navigation with clarity and care.
• Maintain High Standards: Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to quality and healthcare compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate: Work alongside an international, supportive team and leadership to continuously improve service quality.

What We're Looking For

• Native / Fluent German (C2) – both written and spoken.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2/C1) – for onboarding, internal systems, and training.
• Empathy & Active Listening: A genuine passion for helping people in delicate situations.
• Flexibility: Comfortable with rotational schedules.
• Background: Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but fresh graduates and career changers are warmly welcomed—full paid training is provided!

Working Hours

• Rotational Shifts: Monday to Sunday, scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00.
• Predictable Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off per week (shifts provided 1 month in advance so you can plan your life).
• Night/extra shift allowances paid in accordance with Portuguese labor law (+25%).

Package & Benefits
