Boeva Tech in Porto is hiring a Customer Service Representative for Diabetes Medical Devices. You will support patients and healthcare professionals via phone, email and chat, primarily in Dutch with English as needed.

As part of our dynamic customer support team, you will:
Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch (C2), with support in English (C1) when required.
Handle inquiries, incidents, and doubts regarding diabetes medical devices via phone, email, and chat.
Assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with empathy and accuracy.
Guide customers through troubleshooting and product usage while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Work in close collaboration with your Team Leader to ensure operational excellence.
Rotative shifts – Monday to Sunday, 7 am - 10 pm
2 days off weekly (rotative, provided 1 month in advance).
Night shift premium – at least +25% hourly rate (in line with Portuguese labor law).
We value your commitment and reward it generously:
Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (14 months).
Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day, €167,86/month
Fluency in Dutch (C2) – essential.
Advanced English (C1) – for internal communication and training.
Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotative shifts and thrive in a multicultural environment.
Prior experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus, but not required—training is provided!
