Concentrix in Porto is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer, Order and Technical Support representative for medical equipment. In this role, you will provide technical support, manage order intake, and assist customers through various channels. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Dutch and have a C1 level in English, along with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. The position offers a competitive salary and full paid training. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Portugal.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices, consumables and accessories.
• Manage order intake and renewals in compliance with company guidelines.
• Assist customers with product usage and ordering through multichannel support (calls, email, chat, and SMS).
• Accurately document all customer contacts in English.
• Apply active listening and empathy to handle sensitive patients and situations.
• Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent, both verbal and written, in Dutch + C1 level in English.
• Ability to support more than one market simultaneously.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Possess problem‑solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Stay calm under stress and adapt quickly to change.
• Have the patience and good temper to handle disputes and emergencies.
• Apply active listening and empathy to resolve client issues.
• (Bonus) Bring knowledge or background in healthcare, diabetes devices, or technical support.
