Cross Border Talents seeks a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support customers using diabetes-related medical devices in Porto, Portugal. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance across phone, email, chat, and SMS, ensuring accurate documentation in English and a professional service.

This on-site role requires flexible rotational shifts, a calm, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to help multiple markets.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken.
• C1 level of English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
• Healthcare, diabetes-device or technical support experience is an advantage.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit with full working rights.

About the Role

• Provide technical support for diabetes-related medical devices and accessories.
• Troubleshoot product and device issues.
• Process orders and renewals.
• Support customers via phone, email, chat and SMS.
• Document customer interactions accurately in English.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Handle sensitive cases with patience and empathy.

Working Schedule

• Full-time, on-site position in Porto.
• Rotational shifts operating 24/7, Monday to Sunday.
• Two rotational days off per week.
• Occasional night shifts from 22:00 to 07:00 may be required.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary with a fixed component and performance bonus.
• €1,200 welcome bonus.€1,100 gross per month, paid 14 times annually
• Fully paid initial training.
