Talingual is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist in Porto, Portugal. You will support patients and healthcare professionals using diabetes care devices, delivering empathetic, accurate assistance across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, order management, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with shift rotations and a focus on patient safety. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Background in healthcare, healthcare devices, or knowledge of diabetes/medical devices is a plus
• Experience in customer service roles with regulatory compliance is beneficial

• Support patients with product usage via phone, email, chat, and SMS
• Provide troubleshooting and technical guidance for diabetes devices and accessories
• Manage order intake, renewals, and documentation per procedures

Location: Porto, Portugal

Role: Dutch Customer Service Specialist

Salary package: 22,887 EUR gross p/a plus meal allowance

€1,100 gross per month (14 payments per year)

€150 gross fixed bonus per month (11 payments per year)

€4,000 welcome bonus (paid over 12 monthly instalments)

Approx. €167 net meal allowance per month (11 payments per year)

Working hrs:

40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Sunday, 24x 7 (rotational shifts, sometimes but not often a night shift)

Relocation package:

• Furnished room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months
• Utilities included
• Subsidised rent, deducted directly from salary

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will provide empathetic, accurate, and regulatory-compliant support to patients and healthcare professionals using innovative diabetes care solutions.

Key Responsibilities
