CBT in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist patients and healthcare professionals with vital guidance. You will communicate in German (C2) and English (C1) as needed, handling inquiries across phone, email, and chat, while upholding high service standards.

The role requires rotating shifts with weekend coverage, a monthly salary of €1,100 gross (14 months), and a relocation-friendly environment. Training is provided to ensure success.

Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Support Specialist, where your role goes beyond standard support—you'll be assisting patients and healthcare professionals with vital solutions and guidance.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service in German (C2), with support in English (C1) when required.
• Handle inquiries, user doubts, and service requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with empathy, clarity, and precision.
• Guide users through troubleshooting and general usage while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Work in close collaboration with your Team Leader to ensure operational excellence.

Work Schedule

• Rotative shifts – Monday to Sunday, 7 am – 10 pm
• 2 days off weekly (rotative, provided 1 month in advance)
• Night shift premium – at least +25% hourly rate (in line with Portuguese labor law)

Compensation & Benefits

We value your commitment and reward it generously:

• Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (14 months)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day (~€167.86/month)
• Welcome Bonus: €1500 will be paid in 12months
