SheCodes, a leading online coding school for women, seeks an operations leader to translate growth visions into robust, scalable systems. You will own processes, timelines, and cross-functional coordination across product, marketing, and finance.

In this remote leadership role, you’ll manage a small global team, optimize workflows, implement scalable systems, and partner with the founder to reach our goal of 1 million students.

Qualifications

• Experience in ed-tech, online education, or creator-led businesses.
• 1–2 years in operations or project management, ideally within a startup or small company.
• Active daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) integrated into your workflow.
• Proven experience supporting remote teams across time zones.
• Excellent written English with async communication.
• Self-directed with ownership mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and PM tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Support scaling operations from 250k to 1,000,000 students.
• Coordinate product launches end-to-end.
• Track enrollments, conversion, and student satisfaction; turn data into decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks and remove them.
• Lead a small remote team across time zones.
• Hire and onboard new teammates; build 30/60/90 day plans.
• Audit workflows and document SOPs; set up project tracking (Linear/Slack).
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals.
• Coordinate with our accountant on routine financial matters.
