SheCodes is seeking a strategic Growth Operations leader to scale our education platform from 250,000 to 1,000,000 students. You will coordinate product launches, track key metrics, and remove growth bottlenecks while guiding a small remote team across time zones.

In this role, you will own hiring processes, document SOPs, manage vendor relationships, and align marketing efforts with budget and timelines. A passion for education, women in tech, and global impact helps you thrive at SheCodes.

Qualifications

• Experience in ed-tech, online education, or creator-led businesses.
• 1-2 years in operations or project management, ideally within a startup or small company.
• Active daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) integrated into your workflow, not as an experiment but as a core part of how you work.
• Proven experience supporting remote teams across time zones.
• Excellent written English with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in async environments.
• A self-directed working style with the confidence to make decisions, take ownership, and move forward without constant direction.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with project management tools such as Linear, Notion, Slack, or similar platforms.

Responsabilités

• Scale operations from 250,000 to 1,000,000 students.
• Coordinate product launches from planning through execution.
• Track key business metrics (enrollments, conversion rates, student satisfaction) and turn data into decisions.
• Identify growth bottlenecks and remove them.
• Manage and develop a small remote team across multiple time zones.
• Run weekly syncs, 1-on-1s, and performance reviews.
• Set clear expectations, build accountability, and foster a fast, kind, results-driven culture.
• Develop hiring processes and 30/60/90 day plans for new hires.
• Audit existing workflows and document standard operating procedures.
• Set up and manage project tracking (we use Linear and Slack).
• Coordinate with our accountant on routine financial matters.
• Oversee invoice processing, payment scheduling, and tool subscriptions.
• Coordinate marketing efforts across paid advertising, email, and partnerships.
