Platform Engineering Masters is seeking a hands-on operations leader to own the company’s operations function and lead a small team. You will work with founders and report to the Managing Director, shaping scalable processes, automation, and information flows across sales, content and events.

The role blends strategic oversight with practical delivery to improve delivery, information quality and reliability.

Qualificações

• Structured problem-solving and clear communication with internal customers.
• Evidence of building solutions with code, APIs, automation or AI tools.
• Commercial judgment linking improvements to revenue, delivery quality and costs.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operations roadmap across Sales, Growth, Content and Events.
• Manage an existing revenue operations and systems engineering team; help recruit and grow capacity.
• Prototype, code, connect systems and build automations when fastest.
• Ensure critical workflows have ownership, docs, and reliable standards.
• Drive adoption by business teams and measure time saved and delivery improvements.
