SimpleStudy is seeking a Head of Growth to scale a product-led education platform. You’ll lead growth across all markets, partnering with founders to set strategy, build processes, and drive rapid, data-informed experimentation across channels.

You’ll own multi-channel growth, manage team leads, introduce scalable systems, and push for operational excellence as the company expands globally from Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Existing understanding of growth pillars and channels in modern software businesses.
• Experience in consumer or multi-channel marketing-heavy businesses.
• Minimum 3 years in startup roles with similar skills.
• Proven experience in messy, fast-moving, early-stage startup.
• Ability to distil complexity into clear, runnable steps and systems.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with the founder to run half the company and set defaults.
• Own all growth teams and channels across all markets.
• Organise and systematise growth domains into a functional machine.
• Manage team leads, set objectives, create reports and roadmaps.
• Think about building and running a multi-channel growth org in an AI-native environment.
• Build a fast, transparent, accountable growth machine with clear hierarchies.
