Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a Portugal-based company, seeks a Traffic (User Acquisition) Team Lead to drive multi-channel growth in a fully remote setup. You will mentor PPC and Affiliate managers while hands-on in campaign analysis, tracking, and partner negotiations.

You will own acquisition strategy across PPC and affiliate channels, optimize budgets, and improve funnel performance, using GA4, Mixpanel, and other analytics to inform decisions and scale profitable traffic globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Hands-on PPC management
• Hands-on affiliate management
• Lead or manage a growth/traffic team
• Budgets ownership and data-driven decisions
• PPC and affiliate campaign optimization
• Experience with tracking/analytics platforms
• Experience with multi-channel growth and attribution models
• Remote collaboration in distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop PPC and Affiliate Managers
• Own user acquisition strategy across PPC and affiliate channels
• Manage acquisition budgets and optimize ROAS
• Oversee PPC campaign optimization and affiliate partnerships
• Develop growth channels and test new sources
• Monitor CAC, CPA, LTV, and payback periods with weekly forecasts
• Maintain tracking and attribution accuracy across GA4, Mixpanel, and affiliate systems
• Identify traffic quality issues and fraud risks
• Communicate results and risks to stakeholders
• Automate reporting and testing workflows
