Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Paid Media Manager, International, based in Portugal. You will own the paid acquisition engine across UK, EU, Canada, and Australia/New Zealand, hands-on building campaigns and measurement systems yourself.

You will work remotely with teams across countries and time zones, shaping international growth, building playbooks, and driving CAC/LTV optimization for scalable expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in performance marketing or growth marketing.
• Proven experience launching and scaling Meta and Google campaigns across at least two international markets.
• Experience in markets such as UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, or France.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale Meta and Google paid media campaigns across priority international markets.
• Own paid media measurement end to end, including CAPI, GA4, and GDPR-compliant tracking.
• Manage substantial annual advertising investment while protecting CAC and LTV/CAC.
