Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a PPC Specialist based in Portugal. You will manage and optimize paid campaigns across search engines and social platforms to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.

This remote, full-time role emphasizes budget management, testing, CRO, and collaboration with performance marketers, analytics specialists, and web teams to improve ROI and achieve growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display, and remarketing campaigns.
• Experience with Google Analytics, tag management systems, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent written communication and ad-copywriting skills, with an understanding of how messaging influences engagement and conversions.
• Familiarity with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Responsabilités

• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, audience targeting, budget allocations, and bidding strategies.
• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms including search, display, shopping, and remarketing.
• Develop compelling ad copy and test different creative variations and messaging.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting for ROI.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to optimize landing pages and forms.
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and pixels for accurate measurement.
• Prepare weekly to quarterly performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Forecast traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI using historical data and trends.
