Remote is seeking a Specialist in Onboarding Operations to enhance the onboarding journey for employees across the globe. You’ll work in a collaborative, async environment and report to the Manager, Onboarding Operations.

Responsibilities include end-to-end onboarding ownership, cross-functional collaboration, data integrity, and driving automation to scale processes while maintaining strict compliance and security.

Qualificações

• Experience in employment and legal contracting.
• Experience with employment contracts and HR documents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the onboarding journey with compliance-focused documentation.
• Own the onboarding lifecycle end-to-end and address employee questions.
• Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle and Payroll teams.
• Identify and implement onboarding improvements.
• Manage and secure employee data for accuracy and compliance.
• Support audits and data integrity initiatives.
• Drive automation to scale onboarding processes.
