Teamed is seeking a Senior Country Specialist to own a portfolio of countries from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring compliance and smooth operations. You will coordinate with legal, payroll, onboarding, finance, and client teams to resolve escalations and deliver trusted guidance across the employment lifecycle.

This role emphasizes proactive communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex, high-stakes inquiries in a global client services context.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of ownership for your portfolio of countries - the person clients and colleagues turn to when something needs to get resolved.
• Own the post-onboarding employee lifecycle, coordinating across teams to keep things compliant and on track from onboarding through offboarding.
• Manage and resolve complex, often high-stakes client and employee queries - spanning payroll, HR, legal, and compliance topics - even when you don't have the answer memorized.
• Lead client and employee escalations, pulling in the right internal teams and in-country partners to land timely, commercially sound solutions.
• Build genuine, trusted relationships with clients and employees through consistent, proactive communication.
• Partner closely with legal, payroll, finance and onboarding teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Keep contracts, policies, and internal records accurate and audit-ready.
• Track legislative and compliance changes across your countries and translate them into practical internal guidance.
• Contribute to compliance projects, country research, and process improvements that strengthen how we operate globally.
