Globalization Partners Inc. is seeking a Manager, Shared Service Centre (SSC) HR Operations to lead the EMEA onboarding team across several countries, ensuring compliant, efficient client onboarding.

You will drive end-to-end onboarding, collaborate with legal, payroll, and benefits, and translate operational needs into platform requirements with the product and engineering teams. This remote-first, high-growth role offers broad international exposure, leadership across regions, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in International Business, Accounting, Law, HR, Finance, or relevant field of study.
• 5-10 years of HR Operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in centralized HR SSC operations for the EMEA region.
• Strong leadership with cross-regional teams.
• Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EMEA SSC HR Operations team across multiple countries.
• Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for professionals globally.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, contracts, and background checks.
• Collaborate with legal, payroll, and benefits partners.
• Drive service delivery metrics (OKRs, SLA, CSAT) and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to translate ops pain points into platform features.
• Provide feedback to align platform with regulatory and delivery needs.
• Lead transformation programs to scale operations and improve margins.
• Identify bottlenecks and standardize regional processes across EMEA.
