Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to manage offboarding for international contractors and employees with a focus on compliance and customer service. You will collaborate with internal teams to administer exit processes in Remote's global operations and provide guidance on employment laws across jurisdictions.

Qualificações

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner providing lifecycle support.
• Proven track record handling exits (voluntary and involuntary) with legal compliance.
• Ability to interpret policies, conduct risk assessments, and guide clients.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions with a focus on compliance.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers, and redundancies.
