Globalization Partners is seeking a Manager, SSC HR Operations to scale and oversee onboarding for professionals across 187+ countries. You will lead a distributed team, ensure compliant processes, and partner with legal, payroll, and product teams to optimize operations.

The role requires strong leadership, international HR operations experience, and fluency in English. This is a full-time remote role with global scope and potential bonus eligibility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in International Business, Accounting, Law, HR, Finance, or relevant field of study.
• 5-10 years of experience in HR Operations, including end to end employee lifecycle, in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Experience in centralized HR shared service center operations for EMEA region.
• Strong leadership experience with ability to manage cross-regional staff.
• Fluent English (additional EMEA languages a bonus).
• Proficiency with HR systems and data analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EMEA SSC HR Operations team across multiple countries and communicate across departments.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for client-supported professionals across diverse EMEA jurisdictions.
• Ensure smooth implementation of integrated and standard operations practices with key business partners.
• Serve as an operational escalation point, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, contracts, background checks, payroll and benefits.
• Collaborate with legal, payroll, billing, local payroll provider, and benefits brokers for onboarding.
• Deliver service outcomes, meeting OKRs (SLA, CSAT, FCR) and high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with HR, Support, Payroll, Finance, Legal and Tech teams for seamless experience.
• Translate operational pain points into platform feature requirements with Product/Engineering teams.
• Provide feedback to align the platform with regulatory and service delivery demands.
• Drive programs to scale operations, reduce time-to-onboard, and improve margins.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive cross-region standardization.
