Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to manage offboarding for external employees worldwide with a focus on compliance and customer care. As part of Remote's global Lifecycle team, you will guide clients through workplace concerns, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and contribute to automation initiatives that enhance HR journeys for 80+ countries.

Qualificações

• Experience as HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end offboarding across multiple jurisdictions with compliance.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, and transfers.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Draft termination documents and maintain confidentiality.
• Support process improvements and automation within lifecycle processes.
