Cross Border Talents is hiring a German-speaking Customer Care representative for a remote rental cars project. You will assist customers by phone, email, and chat, addressing reservations, billing, and policy inquiries.

The role offers rotational shifts, a 40-hour week, and a 3-month trial within a permanent contract. Based in mainland Portugal (excluding Lisbon area), fluency in German and good English are required or advantageous.

Qualificações

• Fluency in German (C2 level or above).
• Good command of English (B2 level or above).
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle inquiries efficiently.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Availability for rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Based in mainland Portugal, outside Lisbon Metropolitan area.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers via phone, email and chat regarding rental services.
• Resolve inquiries related to reservations, billing and policies.
• Provide outstanding customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
