A leading rental car service provider is seeking a Remote German-Speaking Customer Care Representative. Candidates must be fluent in German and possess good English skills. This position is available remotely in mainland Portugal, excluding the Lisbon Metropolitan area.

Qualificações

• Fluency in German (C2 level or above) is required.
• Good command of English (B2 level or above).
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding rental services.
• Resolve inquiries related to reservations, billing, and policies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding support.
