Job summary

Cloudheight Solutions is hiring for a fully remote position in Portugal. You will support German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, handling account and billing inquiries while guiding users through products and platform features.

The role requires fluent German and English (C2), strong communication, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. Private health insurance and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English (minimum C2).
• Previous experience in Customer Support or a Contact Centre is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Assist with account, billing and service-related enquiries.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and find effective solutions.

• Escalate complex cases when needed.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience in every interaction.
