Job summary

Cloudheight Solutions is hiring a German-speaking customer support specialist for a 100% remote role in mainland Portugal. You will assist German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, handle account and billing enquiries, troubleshoot issues and guide users through our platform.

Fluency in German and English (C2) is required; prior contact centre experience is a plus. The role offers paid training, a permanent contract after six months, and a collaborative international team environment.
