Qualificações

• Mandatory: Native-level German or C1 proficiency.
• Mandatory: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mandatory: Availability to work in a shift-based schedule.
• Previous experience in customer care or CSR is preferred.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
• Experience with help desk software and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide roadside assistance in a professional and timely manner.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Handle inquiries via phone and update databases.
• Identify customer needs and guide using specific features.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions.
• Assist in training new employees when requested by management.
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
