Boeva Tech in Braga, Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Automotive Digital Services project. You will handle German-speaking customer inquiries across multiple channels, with English as a beneficial skill.

The position offers 24/7 rotational shifts and a permanent contract, with a 3-month probation period. Base salary is 1,055 EUR gross per month (14 months), plus a daily meal allowance and a yearly bonus in Braga.

Qualifications

• Fluent German required; English considered an asset.
• Experience in customer service or contact centers is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational schedule and remote setting.
