Start date is 03/09/2026. Remote work from continental Portugal is supported; 24/7 rotational shifts with two days off per week. Permanent contract with a 3-month probation period.

Qualificações

• German fluency (native-level preferred) and English proficiency is an asset.
• Experience in customer service or contact centers is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide top-tier customer service to users of digital automotive services.
