Lingonova is seeking a German & English Customer Support Specialist to work remotely from Portugal. You will serve German-speaking customers across Europe, providing high-touch support and documenting interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements include native/fluent German (C1/C2), strong English (B2+), and full residency in Portugal with the right to work. The role operates on 24/7 rotational shifts and includes a meal allowance as part of benefits.

Gross Salary: €1,055 Gross / month (x14 months)

Requirements & Qualifications

• Native or fluent proficiency in German (C1/C2 level) + Strong Business English (B2+).
• Must already reside in Portugal with legal right to work (Tax ID / NIF & Social Security).
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first, empathetic mindset.
• Comfortable with 24/7 rotative shift schedules.
• Reliable high-speed home internet connection and dedicated quiet workspace.
