Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. The role is based in Braga, Portugal and offers flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, to support diverse time zones.

You will handle inquiries in German, help customers with product information, and collaborate with the team to enhance service processes while maintaining clear records of interactions.

Qualificações

• Fluent German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Comfortable working remotely with a stable internet connection.

Responsabilidades
