Qualifications

• Fluent French with English B2 level for training and alignment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with software/IT applications.
• Experience with MySQL, Postman, Slack, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• L3 Escalations: handle 3rd-line inquiries and complex issues via inbound calls and chat.
• System & Application Troubleshooting: deep-dive into errors, bugs, and anomalies.
• Database & Data Verification: check client info to prevent errors and ensure accuracy.
• Process & System Improvement: propose actionable operational improvements to leadership.
• User Support & Guidance: assist end-users in troubleshooting features and usage.
• Continuous Skill Enhancement: participate in company trainings and development programs.
