Qualifications

• Fluent French (written and spoken)
• Good level of English (B2)
• At least 1 year experience in a technical role or automotive customer service
• Genuine interest in automotive industry and digital technologies
• Ability to understand and apply policies, procedures and warranty guidelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable making independent decisions and documenting cases accurately
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels and update CRM systems accurately
• Provide professional and timely support, ensuring requests are handled efficiently
• Build strong customer relationships through empathetic communication and effective problem-solving
• Support customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty by delivering high-quality service
• Use automotive knowledge to understand concerns and guide toward solutions
• Apply relevant policies, procedures and warranty guidelines when handling cases
• Make informed decisions within your area of responsibility and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to resolve complex cases and improve service quality
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to support continuous improvement
