What will you do?

As a Customer Service Representative for Volkswagen, you will support customers with their automotive-related questions, helping them find solutions and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Have a high level of Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Have a good level of English (B2).
• Have at least one year of experience in a technical role or automotive customer service.

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Are comfortable making independent decisions and documenting cases accurately.
