Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1) with strong English (B2) skills.
• Experience in customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social).
• Empathetic, patient, and customer‑oriented with good problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Serve French-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social channels.
• Assist merchants with product and service questions and issues.
• Improve processes to raise customer happiness and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing and other departments.
• Be part of an international, multilingual team.
