DuckDuckGo is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead high-priority app acquisition campaigns and drive profitable user growth across paid channels. You will plan, test, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Apple Ads, and other platforms with a focus on privacy-friendly practices.

You’ll guide end-to-end initiatives from ideation to reporting, collaborate with analytics and product teams, and run incrementality tests to improve LTV and payback.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising roles.
• Hands-on expertise managing paid digital advertising programs (Google Ads, Apple Ads).
• Experience designing and running incrementality tests to guide investment decisions.
• Advanced analytical abilities including modeling app economics and scenario planning.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
