AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid acquisition for the US B2B market. You will own Google Ads campaigns, optimize other paid channels, and mentor a PPC specialist, shaping our performance strategy and growth.

You will work with GA4, CRM data, and analytics to drive lead quality and pipeline growth, exploring AI tools and new channels to scale successful campaigns in a remote setup.

Competenze

• > 4+ years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
• > Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads.
• > Hands-on experience with the US B2B market.
• > Experience managing campaigns independently and with meaningful budgets.
• > Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and funnel analytics.
• > Experience with GA4 and CRM data.
• > Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear actions.
• > Ability to explain what happened, why, and what to do next.
• > Experience with testing and optimization.
• > Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• > Proactive, independent, curious about new channels and tech.
• > Experience mentoring marketers or interest in people management.
• > Upper-intermediate English level and Ukrainian C2.

Mansioni

• Own performance marketing for the US B2B market, generating high-quality leads and contributing to the sales pipeline.
• Own and optimize Google Ads and other paid channels.
• Manage campaigns on Clutch, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Plan campaigns, budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization.
• Monitor performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
• Analyze the full B2B funnel from traffic to opportunities and clients.
• Work with GA4, CRM, dashboards, and data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments, and scale what works.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics, and Marketing Ops.
• Explore new channels and AI-powered advertising, including ChatGPT.
• Contribute to strategy, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Mentor and manage a PPC specialist.
