Jobgether and a partner EdTech startup seek a fully remote Head of Paid Ads to own paid acquisition for a global subscription app. Lead TikTok Ads, optimize across Meta, Google, UAC, and Apple Search Ads, and translate data into growth strategies.

You will build dashboards, analyze CAC/ROAS/LTV, and collaborate with creative teams to test UGC concepts across multiple markets in Europe and beyond.

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on performance marketing, focused on user acquisition for consumer/mobile apps.
