Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Product Leader to own the user acquisition strategy for a new product area focused on mobile developers. You will define the strategy, explore opportunities, and turn hypotheses into impactful products in a remote-first, autonomous environment.

Lead discovery, experimentation, and collaboration with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to connect acquisition with monetization and growth. Strong communication and cross-functional influence are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product or growth ownership
• Hands-on mobile UA experience
• Knowledge of mobile advertising platforms (MMPs, Apple Ads, Meta, Google)
• Understanding CAC, LTV, ROAS
• Familiar with ATT and privacy measurement
• Zero-to-one leadership and hypothesis testing
• Technical collaboration with engineers
• Customer discovery and market analysis
• Analytical, evidence-based decision making
• Excellent communication
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Autonomous ownership

Responsabilités

• Define a strategy for user acquisition and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to launch.
