Air Apps in Lisbon is seeking a User Acquisition Manager (Performance Marketing) to drive multi-channel growth across paid search, social, affiliates, influencer campaigns, and organic growth. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize spend, reduce cost per install, and align growth with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years managing user acquisition or performance marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with ad platforms (Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adjust, Amplitude).
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi-channel user acquisition strategies (paid search, paid social, display ads, influencer marketing, referrals).
• Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns for ROI, managing budgets, bids, and targets.
• Track CPI, CPA, LTV using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Continuously test new channels, creatives, and messaging to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to align with launches and promotions.
