Job summary

Delnext is seeking a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to join the Growth team in a fully remote capacity. You will launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns, experiment with audiences and creatives, and track CAC, ROAS and conversion metrics to drive customer acquisition.

Working closely with the CMO and international remote team, you will develop hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram and Reddit, with the potential to take on larger budgets as you prove impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition.
• Proven ability to launch and optimise campaigns across platforms.
• Familiarity with CAC, ROAS and conversion rate metrics.
• Fluent English, with ability to communicate results.
• Willingness to work as a B2B contractor.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns across platforms.
• Own campaigns end-to-end: setup, monitor, test and optimise.
• Analyse CAC/ROAS and identify efficiency improvements.
• Design tests across audiences and creatives.
• Collaborate with Growth team and CMO on strategies.
• Track performance and report measurable results.
• Prepare for larger budgets over time.
