Jobgether is seeking a Client Partnerships Manager based in Portugal to take ownership of strategic client relationships within a technology-driven environment serving demanding financial markets.

You will manage the full client journey from initial sales conversations and onboarding through ongoing account management, coordinating with engineering and infrastructure teams to meet performance and availability standards.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in client management, customer success, account management, or a comparable client-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Own relationships with existing clients and develop strong, long-term partnerships based on trust and consistent service delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, requests, requirements, and escalations.
• Understand client business and technical needs and ensure infrastructure services meet performance and reliability expectations.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and introduce additional products or services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized configurations, solutions, and pricing.
• Lead client communication during technical incidents and coordinate resolution with engineering and infrastructure teams.
