Jobgether is seeking a Customer Experience Agent to join a fully remote global Client Experience team, based in Portugal. You will handle customer inquiries across live chat, phone, and email, educate clients on financial products, and ensure smooth account-opening and funding processes.

You will troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and collaborate across time zones, with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and service quality in a regulated environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a client-facing, customer service, or similar role.
• Active business registration, or willingness to establish one, to operate as an independent contractor.

Responsabilidades

• Provide responsive and professional support to clients through live chat, phone, email, and other channels.
• Explain products and services clearly and how they work.
• Troubleshoot platform access, trading tools, and account processes.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM/ticketing systems.
• Support timely processing of account-opening and funding requests.
• Follow regulatory and compliance requirements in customer interactions.
