Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Customer Care Poker Specialist based in Portugal for a fully remote role. You will support poker and gaming customers across international markets via chat and email, assisting with registration, verification, deposits, promotions, tournaments, and cash games.

You will collaborate with specialist teams to investigate issues, relay feedback, and help improve processes, all while maintaining high service standards and a customer‑centric approach.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in customer support, ideally within iGaming, gambling, poker, or another fast-paced digital service environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email, providing accurate information on registration, verification, deposits, bonuses, promotions, tournaments, and cash games.
