Claranet Portugal is seeking a Workplace Services Engineer L2 to support end-user computing and SLAs across desktops, laptops, and virtual desktops, using SCCM/Intune. The role involves packaging software, OS patch cycles, and deploying workstation configurations.

You will use PowerShell scripts, maintain the CMDB in ServiceNow, and collaborate with EUFS and other providers to enable domain joins and remote installations. Remote work across USA/Portugal offers flexibility.

Qualificações

• ~2–4 years in EUC / endpoint operations.
• PowerShell scripting ability (run/adapt).
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification.
• USA Resident living in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Keep end-user computing estate running to SLA — packaging, deploying, patching and resolving incidents on desktops, laptops and virtual desktops.
• Package & deploy — Build and publish standard software packages to the portal and perform mass deployments.
• Patch operations — Run OS, driver and security patch cycles per plan to meet SLA.
• Configuration execution — Deploy workstation configs via SCCM/Intune to L3 design.
• Incident & service request handling (ITIL) — Resolve incidents and reconcile before closure.
• CMDB & inventory — Maintain HW/SW inventory and CMDB (ServiceNow).
• Cross-team enablement — Enable EUFS and other providers for domain join and remote installs.
• Applied scripting — Run and adapt existing PowerShell scripts.
