Sysmatch is an IT Consulting and Outsourcing company focusing on end-to-end technology solutions and enterprise IT support. We are seeking a Workplace Services Engineer L2 (M/F) to keep the end-user computing estate running to SLA from desktop to virtual desktops in a fully remote setup.

The role covers packaging and deployment, patch operations, configuration, ITIL incident handling, CMDB maintenance, and cross-team enablement. USA residents living in Portugal or the USA are welcome to apply.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years in EUC / endpoint operations.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting is required.
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain end-user computing estates to SLA with packaging, deployment and incident resolution.
• Package and deploy standard software via MSI/EXE to portals and perform mass deployments.
• Run OS and security patches per patching plan to meet SLA.
• Configure workstations with GPOs, Wi‑Fi/printing agents and BitLocker recovery.
• Handle incidents and service requests following runbooks and ITIL processes.
• Maintain CMDB and inventory in ServiceNow and produce status reports.
