Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in endpoint management or EUC support.
• Experience with ServiceNow (incident, change, request, and CMDB modules).
• Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver reliable endpoint operations across the global EUC estate.
• Execute configuration management, application deployment, and security remediation.
• Provide continuous service availability through 24x7 shift coverage.
