A leading IT service provider in Lisbon is seeking a Modern Workplace Support Engineer to support users by resolving tickets and ensuring the EUC applications and systems remain operational. The role involves L2/L3 service support, managing software and hardware, and communication with end users. Candidates should have an ICT-related Bachelor's knowledge and a strong focus on Microsoft technologies, along with good communication skills. This position offers flexible hours and the possibility for full-remote work.

Qualificações

• Focus on Microsoft technologies like MS Office, Intune, Azure Active Directory, and Windows OS.
• 3-4 years experience in a similar L2/L3 support function.
• Knowledge and experience in L2/L3 workplace processes.
• Good knowledge and experience with PowerShell.

Responsabilidades

• Process and solve incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare and manage changes and configuration on IT systems.
• Perform daily management activities defined in permanent activities.
• Work with internal departments and external vendors.
• Maintain the EUC environment and ensure user satisfaction.
